Refunds & cancellations

This policy applies to application analytics services engaged through cloudnodenet after a written proposal is accepted. This website does not take payments; refunds relate to fees paid under that agreement.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing before the agreed kickoff date and before we have begun substantive work (inventory, workshops, or document drafting). Partial refunds may apply if work has started, based on completed milestones described in the proposal.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be sent to hello@cloudnodenet.digital within 14 days of the issue arising, or within 7 days of a deliverable handover if you believe the deliverable materially fails the agreed scope.

Full vs partial refunds

If no kickoff has occurred, fees paid as a deposit are returned in full minus non-recoverable third-party costs expressly approved by you in writing. After kickoff, we refund the unused portion of prepaid fees after deducting work already performed at the rates in the proposal.

Non-refundable items

Completed workshops, finished audit documents already delivered, and third-party tooling licences purchased on your written instruction are non-refundable. Time already spent on agreed discovery is non-refundable once the discovery summary has been delivered.

Refund process

Email us with your proposal reference, reason for the request, and preferred contact. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and state whether a full or partial refund applies.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule workshops with at least 5 business days’ notice at no charge. Cancellations inside 5 business days may forfeit the session fee for that workshop. We may reschedule for illness or force majeure and will offer a new date promptly.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits secure a start window. A no-show for a scheduled workshop without notice may be treated as use of that session. Deposits become non-refundable once kickoff materials have been shared, except where we cancel permanently without offering a substitute date.

Work already started and materials

Draft taxonomies, inventories, and checklists prepared for your engagement remain billable for the hours incurred. Purchased research or tooling ordered for your project with prior approval is charged at cost and is non-refundable once purchased.

Exceptions

If we fail to deliver a milestone within the timeline in the proposal without an agreed extension, you may cancel that remaining milestone for a pro-rata refund. Statutory rights under Korean consumer law, where applicable, are not limited by this policy.
