These terms govern access to cloudnodenet.digital and enquiries for application analytics services offered by cloudnodenet (“we”, “us”) from 59-4, Sanguri, Inwol-myeon, Namwon-si, Jeollabuk-do, Korea.

Services

We provide consulting and implementation support for application analytics, including instrumentation audits, funnel reconstruction, retention signal design, and analytics operations setup. Website content is informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.

No software licence

We do not sell analytics software through this site. Any third-party tools discussed remain subject to their own licences between you and those vendors.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this site are informational starting points. Final fees, payment schedule, and scope appear in the proposal. This site does not process payments or checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content through forms.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and deliverable templates remain our property until assigned in a signed agreement. Client data and app materials you share remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Korean law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from decisions made solely on informational content. Liability under a signed engagement is limited as stated in that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Jeollabuk-do have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a later agreement states otherwise.
